Service Charter

Outpatients will be attended by a clinician within 10 minutes after registering at the reception.

All other outpatient services will be given within 15 minutes after registering at the reception.

Our staff members will wear identification badges while at work.

Written correspondences will be replied within 7 days from date of receipt.

Case summary process will be completed within 2 hours from the time the doctor receives the request.

Medical reports and case summaries will be done between 8am and 6pm, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the rights and responsibilities set out herein may be resolved through the following ways.

Direct Resolution with Health Care Provider

The patient may lodge the dispute directly with the Health Care Provider. The provider may resolve the dispute amicably, formulate an internal inquiry, establish a committee and/or internal body to consider it, and thereafter take appropriate steps which resolve the complaint conclusively to the satisfaction of all concerned parties.

Lodge with Relevant Regulatory Authority

The patient may opt to lodge the complaint with the relevant Regulatory Authority or body as set out by the applicable Statutes, which includes:

  • The Public Health Act, Chapter 242 of the Laws of Kenya
  • The Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board Act, Chapter 253 of the Laws of Kenya
  • The Pharmacy & Poisons Board, Chapter 244 of the Laws of Kenya
  • The Nursing Council of Kenya
  • The Clinical Officers Council
  • The Kenya Medical, Laboratory, Technician and Technologists Board
  • The Radiation Protection Board

Court of Law

The patient may lodge a claim in Court seeking appropriate remedies as provided under Law.

Frequently Asked Questions

Walk-ins are welcome for general consultations and emergencies. However, booking an appointment in advance is recommended to reduce waiting time.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Home visits may be arranged for patients who are unable to travel. Please call us in advance to discuss availability and arrangements.

Lab results are typically ready within a few hours for most tests. You can collect them in person or we can communicate them via phone for follow-up consultations.
